Fold in flour just until incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
Grease and flour pan or use pan spray and parchment paper.
Bake 20 minutes, add candy canes and continue baking for an additional 10-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool 30 minutes before cutting.
Notes
The batter will be thick and a little difficult to spread. I recommend pressing down the batter as best you can. Once you have the batter to the edges of the pan, you can smooth out any high peaks.
