If you are a connoisseur of cold beverages of the alcoholic variety, you’ll enjoy the article I wrote for The Eagle outlining my top 3 beers to enjoy while staying cool in the hot midwestern summer months.
It certainly doesn’t limit my consumption to these 3 beers, but they are my go-tos. The beers hail from a local brewery, a domestic, and an import. One of the things I talk about is the shandy. I created a version all on my own and I share that recipe with you below. It’s a very simple recipe and one that I do regularly.
You should give this recipe a try and by all means, feel free to switch it up. Use a different beer, use a different lemonade, or try the lemonade and peach iced tea like I did. Let me know what you think of the taste. I’d like some feedback.
Who ever said beer had to be beer on its own?
Check out the link to the original article below. Enjoy yourself and above all, don’t forget to drink responsibly!
