Going through my pantry, I realized that I need to restock a some items and my grocery list was growing. I try to stay away from preservatives, artificial colors and flavors, and everyone’s favorite, GMO’s. It’s not always easy to do, but you really should try.
My grocery list is not necessarily items I need to purchase, but rather items I want to making at home. They’ll be canned, they’ll be stored, or they’ll be one-time-use products. You may notice that some of the grocery items have ingredients under them. These are the ACTUAL INGREDIENTS taken directly from the products label. My goal is to eliminate as much of the preservatives as possible. As I work through the list, I’ll update the items with a link to the research and development post and then onto the final recipe.

- Actual ingredients from the bottle: tomato puree (water, tomato paste), vinegar, corn syrup, salt, raisin paste, crushed orange puree, spice, dried garlic, caramel color, dried onions, potassium sorbet (to preserve freshness), xanthan gum, celery seed)
- Creme Fraiche
- Paneer Cheese
